Key duties include confirming patient vaccination status, counseling patients and families on vaccine importance and safety, obtaining informed consent, administering vaccines, and maintaining accurate patient records. The role also involves collaborating with various clinics to ensure vaccination completion, scheduling appointments, and collecting high-quality data for databases and EMR systems. The coordinator will also be responsible for updating patient information, building hospital account records, and ensuring educational materials are current and displayed appropriately. This position requires attending educational sessions, team meetings, and performing other assigned duties.
