About The Position

This position is responsible for coordinating and conducting facility condition assessments to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations. The role involves evaluating the physical condition of facilities, identifying deficiencies, and recommending corrective actions. The Coordinator II will work with various departments to gather information, analyze data, and prepare reports on facility conditions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, architecture, construction management) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in facility assessment, condition analysis, or a related field.
• Proficiency in conducting facility condition assessments and analyzing data.
• Knowledge of building systems, construction methods, and maintenance practices.
• Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in relevant software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Completion of the entire seven (7) year work history in the application, including periods of unemployment, schooling, and volunteer work.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., PE, RA, CFM).
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
