The Business Operations Coordinator 1 - Desert Blue role will be cross trained in all departments, including Contracts, Tour Reception, and Gifting.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Some cash handling experience required
  • Scheduling flexibility due to business demands
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment; able to work under pressure in a team environment
  • Computer experience
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Problem solving and good communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Timeshare or mortgage loan processing experience preferred
  • Previous experience in administrative assistant, escrow, clerical, sales coordinator/coordination, customer service, sales support, contracts administration, property management, funding, accounting/accountant, hotel, hospitality positions helpful

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of timeshare sales contracts for sales department and property owners
  • Maintain property owner information per PII and PCI standards
  • Prepare and balance cash and deposits for contracts department
  • Provide information for sales department as necessary
  • Assist Business Operations supervisor in support of sales staff
  • Preparation and maintenance of legal documents
  • Perform general office work and other duties as assigned
  • Provide great in-person customer service
  • Greet and check in guests for presentation, know and learn Tour qualifications for both In House and Frontline guests
  • Perform data entry
  • Run Sales Rotation
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
  • Answer phones and guest questions in a professional manner
  • Distribute premiums to guests upon closure of presentation
  • Complete daily gift reconciliation in all systems
  • Enter all gifting information into Central Reservations Systems and run reports
  • File and secure all documents per procedures
