About The Position

This position is responsible for maintaining the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality, and providing support and training to staff. The role involves partnering with departments to understand their needs and provide HRIS tools, reports, and dashboards to improve efficiency and support data-driven decisions. The Coordinator will also identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance the employee experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Computer Science preferred
  • Two years experience facilitating data administration and/or HRIS management preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills for cross-department collaboration and staff support
  • Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, including ability to manage training logistics, schedules, and materials
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
  • Aptitude for identifying inefficiencies and recommending practical solutions
  • Basic knowledge of HRIS systems and ability to troubleshoot data issues

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an active membership in an Every Nation church
  • Manage HRIS system access and security, ensuring employee data remains accurate, confidential, and up to date
  • Partners with departments to understand their needs and provide practical HRIS tools, reports, and dashboards that improve efficiency and support data-driven decisions
  • Provide basic HRIS training, and user support to ensure staff can confidently utilize available systems
  • Troubleshoot HRIS data issues, resolve routine problems, and escalate complex technical concerns as needed
  • Identify and implement recommended HRIS process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance the employee experience
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned to support the overall goals of the HR department and organization
