About The Position

Join our team as a Trip Coordinator II for our community. In this role you will be responsible for planning special trips, creating calendars and newsletters for each month's special trips, and reserving vehicles needed for each trip.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of event planning experience preferred
• Minimum of 3 years in transportation services preferred
• Current and valid state’s driver license (May require CDL license with passenger endorsement based on community requirements)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the scheduling, planning, and administration of trips based on residents' interests
• Make reservations for transportation, lodging, meals, etc.
• Oversee billing of trip fees and month-end financials
• Prepare the monthly newsletter and calendar, advertise trips through newsletters, fliers, and sign-ups
• Attend day outings and trips with residents, as well as occasional overnight trips
