About The Position

The Coordinator, Global Talent & Culture reports to the Vice President, Global Talent & Culture and supports the coordination and administration of key global programs across the full function. Acting as a key resource for both employees and the broader Global Talent & Culture team as well as for candidates. The Coordinator is responsible for ensuring strong logistical coordination of Learning & Development, Talent Management and Talent Acquisition activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • High-level Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and various business groups in global environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritizing capabilities and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Must possess strong situational awareness and be comfortable with maintaining highly confidential data

Responsibilities

  • Serve as key logistical administrator and primary point of contact for Greensboro office candidates
  • Assist with sensitive data collection, analysis, and reporting related to talent metrics and KPIs.
  • Will assist in building decks for Global Town Halls as well as reports for various levels of leaders across the global organization.
  • Maintain and update Talent & Culture content on company intranet and external spaces
  • Maintain and update talent systems and tools, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Oversee the coordination of Learning + Development and other Global Talent and Culture events, including event coordination, documentation, budget administration and program evaluation.
  • Manage the integrated Global Talent & Culture program calendar
  • Support broader HR initiatives, including planning and executing large-scale programs; act as back up to other coordinators in HR
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing feedback to provide stakeholders with actionable insights
  • Keep process documentation current and provide updated content for the Talent knowledge base; Support the continual improvement of global talent management processes and tools
  • Serve as a liaison between the VP and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the VP of Global Talent
