( YouTube , Instagram , TikTok ) POSITION SUMMARY: The Coordinator, Global Social Media Marketing position within the Calvin Klein CMO Group will play a key role in the execution of the brand’s Global social media marketing and community engagement initiatives on global Calvin Klein channels, with an emphasis on Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of relevant social media marketing experience, in house or at an agency. Fashion, beauty and lifestyle experience preferred. Posting experience required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Experience in social media management, community management, content creation, and/or digital community building.
  • Active participation in a wide variety of social media activities such as community development, management and content creation.
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong communications skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment with team members at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint, Word, Excel.
  • Analytical, with the ability to interpret data to inform strategic recommendation.
  • Obsessed with the ever-changing landscape of Social Media and internet culture at large

Responsibilities

  • Platform Publishing Responsible for QA and posting of all content on Calvin Klein global Instagram and TikTok accounts. Publishing times may include pre-work hours, after work hours, and weekends on semi-frequent basis.
  • Assist publishing on additional Social platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Threads, Pinterest, YouTube and X, as needed
  • Platform Reporting Pull, record and organize Instagram and TikTok metrics for all social media reports — including but not limited to weekly reports, campaign reports, annual reports, and ad-hoc reporting requests. Share out learnings with cross-functional team members and leadership regularly
  • Social Content Briefing and Rollouts Assist in creation of Global Social briefs Support with communications and aggregation of all cross-functional pre- and post-production-related information, including deliverables, production timeline, and talent details Conduct market and platform research
  • Influencer Engine Content for Owned Social Assist Assistant Manger with organization of Influencer Engine (VIP, Cultural Influencer and Creator) content initiatives for Owned Social, with focus on Instagram and TikTok, as well as additional platforms as required Support facilitation of the Global influencer and VIP content workflow, including tracking briefing timelines, content submissions, editing/approval statuses and usage rights Coordinate repackaging of regional influencer content and UGC
  • Regional Channel Management Support Assistant Manger with oversight of regionally managed Brazil Instagram Assist in review, editing and providing channel-specific recommendations for regional social content calendars. Gather Brazil Channel reports, fielding feedback on channel KPIs and performance data
  • Ecommerce Linking and Social Commerce Support the Assistant Manager, Global Social Media with execution of social commerce on Calvin Klein social channels, by creating and maintaining product tags and redirect links for every campaign on an always-on basis Assist with implementation and management of platform-specific shopping strategies
  • Platform Upkeep Support the Assistant Manager, Global Social Media with always-on platform maintenance, including continually refreshing Instagram and TikTok Shops, account bios, playlists and highlights, photographer tags, Collab post requests, etc.
  • Department Operations Assist in keeping Global Social department organized and optimized Act as liaison between Social Media team and cross-functional teams Process and archive all Global Social team-related invoices Assist on Global Social shoots and at events, as needed Order product for talent and creators, as needed
