About The Position

The Coordinator - Facility/Corporate Services is responsible for arranging office accommodations, monitoring and ordering supply inventory, coordinating floor safety such as fire drills, and handling building issues that may arise. This role involves managing building issues like copier maintenance, coordinating repairs, and controlling office climate. It also includes handling employee requests for badges and keys, maintaining furniture key inventory, and managing cubicle assignments using Facility Management Software. The coordinator partners with HR to ensure employee accommodations are met, monitors and orders office supplies, and creates and coordinates safety plans and fire drills, acting as a floor warden.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years’ experience in a facilities role required (e.g., security, inventory monitoring, and/or building maintenance).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs required.
  • Experience working with ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow
  • All employees are required to have smart phones that meet Company security standards with the ability to install apps such as Microsoft Authenticator.

Responsibilities

  • Handling building issues such as copier toner replacement and paper jams, arranging maintenance and repairs for building appliances, and submitting tickets for controlling office climate (e.g., A/C, filtration, etc.).
  • Responding to employee badge and key requests in addition to maintaining the cubicle furniture key inventory.
  • Maintain cube assignments using Facility Management Software and assist with the creation of restack plans.
  • Partnering with HR to ensure employee accommodations are met.
  • Monitoring and ordering office and kitchen supplies.
  • Creating and coordinating safety plans, fire drills and acting as floor warden.
  • Ability to effectively and accurately convey information to others.
  • Performs related duties as assigned by management.
