About The Position

This role is responsible for coordinating and supporting the implementation and daily operations of educational partnerships programs and initiatives. The position ensures effective program delivery through administration, outreach coordination, and relationship management with internal and external stakeholders. The role applies professional judgment to support program goals and alignment with institutional priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and five (5) years' working experience related to the Essential Performance Requirements; or any equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
  • Knowledge of educational partnerships, outreach practices, and higher education or K–12 systems
  • Knowledge of program coordination principles and administrative processes
  • Knowledge of applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Skilled in coordinating programs and tracking multiple activities and timelines
  • Skilled in data entry, basic analysis, and preparing reports
  • Skilled in using computer applications, enterprise systems, and standard office software
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written formats
  • Ability to organize work, manage priorities, and adapt to changing demands
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree
  • At least one (1) year's working experience working in a college or university setting related to the Essential Performance Requirements
  • At least one (1) year’s working experience teaching or training with K-12 schools

Responsibilities

  • Leads and coordinates complex educational partnerships programs and activities
  • Performs complex administrative and technical functions in support of partnership programs
  • Coordinates and assigns program-related work and activities
  • Oversees daily operations of assigned educational partnerships programs
  • Applies policies, regulations, and procedures to support program decision-making
  • Coordinates community outreach initiatives and partnership activities
  • Performs complex program-specific tasks related to educational partnerships
  • Assists in developing program goals and direction in alignment with campus priorities
  • Provides coordination and guidance to administrative support staff, as applicable
  • Assists with monitoring program budgets and resource needs
  • Develops and maintains relationships with educational institutions, organizations, and community partners
  • Participates in outreach and engagement activities to support partnership initiatives
  • Participates on behalf of the College in external community organizations and associations
  • Attends the workplace regularly, reports to work punctually, and follows a work schedule to keep up with the demands of the worksite
  • Completes all required training and professional development sessions sponsored through the Tarrant County College (TCC) Institute
  • Supports the mission, values, goals, and principles of the College
  • Works under the supervision of the assigned campus leader
  • Performs Other Related Tasks as Required
