About The Position

The People team at White & Case is responsible for managing and enhancing all aspects of human resources and employee experience globally. This includes talent acquisition (recruiting, interviewing, onboarding), developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, administering compensation and benefits, and focusing on training, professional development, work allocation, mobility, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The team also handles performance management, employee engagement, and compliance with labor laws. Through these strategies, the People team ensures a motivated, skilled, and mobilized workforce to achieve the Firm’s objectives. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant professional recruiting experience in a law firm or other professional services’ recruiting department
  • Strong technical skills on the following applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, viRecruit, viDesktop or other Talent Management Systems
