The Paralympic Foundation of Canada (PFC) is seeking a Coordinator, Donor Experience to join our Foundation team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Donor Experience and working closely with the PFC and Canadian Paralympic Committee (CPC) staff teams, the Coordinator, Donor Experience will play a key role in donor relations by executing individual giving campaigns and stewardship strategies required to obtain and retain donations from generous Canadians. This role provides administrative and organizational support to implement individual fundraising strategies. It also plays a key role in PFC’s signature fundraising event, ParaTough Cup, by supporting team recruitment, participant fundraising, and donor stewardship. This position also manages the donor database, coordinates fundraising campaigns (direct mail and digital), supports donor communications and events, and oversees project timelines and reporting. The Coordinator, Donor Experience, develops and maintains professional relationships with donors, sponsors, partners, and volunteers. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and technology skills. Knowledge of donor management products is a definite asset.
