About The Position

Blue Line Distribution, the in-house distributor for Little Caesars Pizza, is seeking a Coordinator, Customer Service Representative. This role involves performing customer service duties to ensure accurate order fulfillment and tracking of all forms and sales materials. The position is also responsible for maintaining office supplies, storage areas, special shipments, and incoming/outgoing mail, and handles inbound/outbound customer service calls as needed. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Three (3) years of customer service experience.
  • Ability to prioritize work and complete assignments within deadlines.
  • Ability to articulate previous positions that showed successful people interaction.
  • Excellent telephone skills and friendly demeanor.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient PC and data entry skills, expertise in Excel (i.e. Macros, pivot tables, etc.).
  • Ability to frequently lift 20 to 25-pound boxes onto a cart and the ability to push a cart with 20 to 30 boxes weighing 20-25 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Fulfillment and tracking of all order forms, sales materials, prizes, and rewards to customers via FedEx.
  • Tracks and maintains the supply of all order forms, mailers, and sales materials generated in the office.
  • Sorts, prioritizes, and responds to internal and external inquiries via email, phone, or mail, referring to the proper individual as needed and following up on own initiative.
  • Coordinates projects involving research and efforts between various departments.
  • Coordinates and follows up on all copy requests for sales materials that are sent to the Copy Center.
  • Monitors and orders office supplies via the mail room and/or Staples, or any other designated supply vendor.
  • Expedites all incoming and outgoing mail and faxes and manages FedEx relationship and account activity.
  • Maintains storage areas and appearance of the reception areas.
  • Supports company process and fulfillment for special shipments of product to customers; assists as needed in packaging for conferences.
  • Handles and processes all colleague product orders.
  • Handles inbound customer service calls and makes outbound calls as needed throughout the year.
  • Addresses computer, phone, or internet issues when Customer Care Manager or Director of Operations is not available.
  • Identifies cost savings opportunities within the area of shipping and supplies.
  • Produces ad-hoc reports as requested.
