About The Position

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Creator Partnerships Coordinator to support the growing Creator Partnerships team at AG1 across podcasts, YouTube, and social influencer partnerships. This role will play a critical part in executing and optimizing both paid and affiliate creator programs, ensuring campaigns run effectively from onboarding through reporting. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and external creators, helping manage day-to-day operations, tracking performance, and maintaining strong creator relationships. This role is ideal for someone who loves the creator economy, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow their career in partnerships and influencer marketing.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience influencer marketing, partnerships, talent management, or digital marketing (internships included)
  • Strong interest in the creator economy, podcasts, YouTube, and social media
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail with a proactive problem solving approach
  • Initiative-taker with a follow-through mentality
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication soft skills
  • Skilled in forming relationships with and working with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, in a remote-first or remote-only environment
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and pivot based on changing priorities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (Tableau or similar BI platform experience a plus)
  • Comfortable with occasional business travel
  • A full life outside of work with personal passions and hobbies!

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with creator or affiliate platforms (e.g. Superfiliate, CreatorIQ, Salesforce, etc.) a plus
  • Previous experience managing vendors and/or clients (references a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of creator partnerships across podcasts, YouTube, and social platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Support creator outreach, onboarding, contracting, and campaign setup, applying best practices and program guidelines for both paid and affiliate partnerships
  • Provide brand and product education during partner onboarding, ensuring successful ambassadorship
  • Manage and update CRM systems to track creator campaigns, rates, links, deliverables, and live dates
  • Ensure accurate tagging, links, and landing pages are live and functioning properly, troubleshooting and resolving issues as needed
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with creators and agencies to support strong working relationships
  • Execute product and merch gifting workflows for partners, ensuring timely delivery and tracking
  • Support payment processing and invoicing in partnership with finance
  • Monitor channel performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, applying both creative and quantitative insights to meet growth and ROI targets
  • Collect and interpret performance data across podcast, YouTube, and social campaigns, surfacing insights, trends, and optimization opportunities for review
  • Assist with campaign recaps, reporting decks, and ongoing performance analysis
  • Monitor affiliate performance and flag optimization opportunities
  • Maintain benchmarks and historical performance data to inform future planning and recommendations
  • Work cross-functionally with Creative, Legal, Finance, Analytics, and Growth to execute partnerships effectively and compliantly
  • Support special projects and initiatives within the Partnerships team, as needed
