About The Position
Develops and maintains accurate information on the Denials and Appeal for all third party payers as well as Medical Assistance Late Pick-up process to ensure appropriate reimbursement to TUH and Episcopal. Creates reports in a timely and accurate manner for denials and appeals statistics for the Health System.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree Required or Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- 1 year experience in medical records
- General Experience with data entry into Excel
Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains accurate information on the Denials and Appeal for all third party payers
