The WMG Global Catalog/Rhino Entertainment division is responsible for advancing the legacy of Warner’s iconic artists and optimizing the performance of Warner’s recorded music catalog. The Rhino Business and Legal Affairs team is passionate about music, values hard work, and brings a creative, problem-solving mindset. They focus on innovative deals across recorded music, brand licensing, and ancillary exploitation, working cross-functionally with various departments to structure deals and strengthen artist relationships. They also handle inquiries regarding U.S. catalog repertoire, pre-litigation claims, and litigation in coordination with WMG’s corporate litigation in-house counsel. This role is a key player on the team, supporting the Head of Business & Legal Affairs and other executives within the department. Additionally, this role will handle calendar and scheduling for the CFO, Rhino & Global Catalog. The Coordinator will be the point person for the Business Affairs team, collaborating closely with various departments at WMG and other record labels within the company. Rhino Entertainment is home to iconic musicians such as The Doors, Grateful Dead, Eagles, Led Zeppelin, and Fleetwood Mac. This role offers the opportunity to develop a unique, behind-the-scenes understanding of the Music Industry while supporting a leader in the field.
