The Coordinator will provide program, event, membership, and operations support for the Americas Department. This position reports to the senior vice president, Americas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years’ related work experience.
  • Self-starter and able to meet time-sensitive deadlines, multitask, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading.
  • Events logistics experience.
  • Experience interacting with business executives and government officials.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Spanish strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Help plan and execute programs for the Americas Department.
  • Coordinate the organization of events, including meetings, conferences and business delegations.
  • Prepare written communications, including briefing memos, correspondence, press releases, blog posts, text for social media.
  • Help draft, edit, format, and disseminate newsletters, event invitations, marketing materials, and program updates.
  • Support and help track member company engagement and communications.
  • Maintain and update mailing lists and management systems.
  • Monitor and prepare country-specific intelligence updates on political and economic developments as needed.
