About The Position

The Coordinator – Ambulatory Facilities & Business Operations provides operational, administrative, and project coordination support for ambulatory facilities, lease administration, business licensing, compliance activities, and facility-related initiatives. The position serves as a central point of coordination for project documentation, occupancy records, operational reporting, vendor communications, regulatory tracking, and departmental records management. The Coordinator partners with operational leaders and stakeholders to support efficient, compliant, and organized ambulatory operations. Performs other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Finance, Operations Management, or related field required.
  • Minimum three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare operations, business operations, project coordination, facilities administration, compliance support, office administration, or a related field required.
  • Able to read, write, and speak with professional quality.
  • Use computer and software programs necessary to the position (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, databases, and reporting tools).
  • Operate standard office equipment.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents.
  • Able to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Coordinate multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze operational information.
  • Exercise sound judgment.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience supporting projects, maintaining operational records, coordinating vendors, preparing reports, managing documentation, and working within healthcare or regulated environments preferred.
  • Five (5) years of relevant work experience may be substituted in lieu of the required Associate degree.
