About The Position

The Office for Prospective Students at the University of Nevada, Reno is recruiting for a Coordinator, Admissions Outreach & Recruitment based in Las Vegas. This position is responsible for recruiting admissible students for the Collegiate Academy programs and implementing recruitment strategies developed by the Office for Prospective Students and Collegiate Academy leadership. The Coordinator serves as a representative of the University at a variety of outreach and recruitment events, engaging prospective students and their families by providing information regarding the admissions process, transfer and enrollment pathways, and available financial aid opportunities. This role focuses on recruiting students from Nevada and other states, with an emphasis on diversity and academic talent. The Coordinator executes recruitment plans, builds relationships with prospective students and community partners, and supports the University’s enrollment goals through effective outreach and student engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and two (2) years of related work experience OR Master’s Degree and one (1) year of related work experience.
  • Related Experience: Work experience in higher education and/or financial aid or related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Recruiting admissible students for the Collegiate Academy programs.
  • Implementing recruitment strategies developed by the Office for Prospective Students and Collegiate Academy leadership.
  • Serving as a representative of the University at outreach and recruitment events.
