About The Position

The Production Coordinator 1 oversees the end-to-end workflow for publishing high-quality curriculum materials that support teacher implementation and student success. This role ensures the on-time delivery and accessible distribution of instructional documents by managing production timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and streamlining publishing processes. The position also drives innovation by integrating multimedia content for teacher development and exploring AI tools that enhance student learning experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3 to 5 years of work experience
• Microsoft Office
• Office equipment
• At least 3 years working as a project manager or technology specialist in a district/central office of a large urban school district or corporation.

Responsibilities

• Manage production timelines for curriculum materials, ensuring alignment with department goals and delivery milestones across content areas and grade levels.

• Integrate multimedia components (e.g., videos, walkthroughs, interactive guides) to support teacher understanding, internalization, and application of curriculum resources.
• Collaborate with instructional technology and content teams to explore and implement artificial intelligence (AI) tools that can extend student learning and personalize instructional support.
• Other duties as assigned.
