We are actively recruiting a highly energetic and motivated Administrative Assistant for a full-time maternity leave replacement for our Anjou, QC branch.

Requirements

  • Certificate or diploma from secondary school.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google, with excellent data entry skills
  • One to two years of experience in an office setting
  • Bilingual in English and French

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and provide assistance and support to all clients who present themselves at the branch
  • Facilitate the administrative aspects of branch operations while ensuring the needs of internal and external patients are met.
  • Direct patient requests by phone and in person to the appropriate staff members.
  • Assist with CPAP sales and processing for the branch
  • Make patient appointments and register them in the electronic calendar, then make follow-up appointments for the branch.
  • Assist in billing and accounts receivable processes, receive payments and complete necessary forms.
  • Other office tasks as needed
