The Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC) Implementation Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing the development of an implementation-ready Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC) program model for Vermont. Working under the direction of the Director of Strategic Initiatives, this position oversees project planning, stakeholder engagement, coordination of consultants and subject matter experts, development of implementation materials, and completion of contract deliverables required by the Vermont Department of Mental Health. The Implementation Manager ensures activities remain on schedule, aligned with evidence-based CSC practices endorsed by SAMHSA, and responsive to the realities of rural service delivery. The anticipated project period is August 1, 2026 - July 31, 2027.
