About The Position

The primary focus is to provide patient advocacy, promote and ensure service excellence, and promote a positive patient experience. The Patient Experience Coord serves as a patient advocate and handles complaints and grievances

Requirements

  • Experience in an office management or public relations environment.
  • High school/GED

Responsibilities

  • Responds to phone calls and emails regarding customer requests, compliments, complaints and suggestions.
  • Assists with Grievance/Compliaint Committee preparation and stay aware of complaints and grievances that are left unresolved to assist in meeting departmental goals and federal guidelines.
  • Rounding on patients and patient families daily.
