About The Position

Practice Manager is responsible for directing, and overseeing the daily operations of physician practice. Ensures policies and procedures are appropriate to ensure quality patient care services, patient, employee and physician satisfaction while maintaining fiscal responsibility.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to clearly communicate and apply policies and principles to solve everyday problems and deal with a variety of situations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee time records for all employees by completing Kronos and physician time log requirements.
• Monitors patient charge entry procedures to minimize lost charges and charge posting lag time.
• Verifies and authenticates office A/P invoices for timely payment.
• Ensures required monthly reports are submitted on schedule.
