About The Position

Join the Urology Surgery team at Mass General Hospital as a Co-Op Intern to gain hands-on experience in a leading academic medical center while earning academic credit toward a degree. The internship provides opportunities to learn from experienced healthcare professionals, contribute to departmental initiatives, and gain exposure to healthcare operations. This is a temporary, onsite position at 45 Francis Street, scheduled for 40 hours per week on the day shift.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in an academic program requiring or supporting an internship/co-op experience.
Eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute to a collaborative team.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Reliable and punctual.
Good time management skills.
Strong oral communication skills.
Ability to take and follow direction.
Willingness to learn.
No experience required.
