About The Position

Join the Barrett Petfood family in Little Falls, Minnesota, as a Full Time Cooling Room Operator on the 3rd shift. This onsite position offers a competitive pay range of $20.00 - $23.50 per hour, plus a $3/hr shift differential. You will be responsible for operating forklifts to move oils and finished goods efficiently within the production facility, collaborating with team members to ensure the safe and effective transportation of materials. The typical schedule is Monday - Friday, 10 PM - 6:30 AM. You will be trained to follow strict safety protocols, solve problems creatively, and uphold Barrett Petfood's core values.

Requirements

Strong focus on safety and adherence to safety protocols.

Ability to lift 50 pounds at times.
Ability to safely climb and descend stairs and ladders.
Prolonged periods of standing and walking through the factory.
