About The Position

This position is expected to unload and move empty cases and wash truck trailers as unloaded. The Palletizer position will work as an equal team member and help us obtain our goals by performing the following duties and working with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow: Hiland Dairy standard operating procedures for shipping department.
• Loads pallets on palletizer machine and observes operation of palletizer machine.
• Loads shrink wrap on shrink wrap machine and observes operation of shrink wrap machine.
• Alert supervisor or maintenance when problem occurs with either shrink wrap machine or palletizer.
• Operate industrial fork lift to assist in loading or moving product. Follow Forklift Safety procedures as outlined in OSHA standards.
• Performs other routine production and manual cleaning chores, as need requires.
• Special projects assigned by management.
