About The Position

The Cooler Loadout/General Labor position is an hourly role responsible for preparing and loading trucks with products, ensuring efficient facility operations, quality, and customer satisfaction. This role involves handling items with care and accuracy, and adhering to safety and manufacturing practices.

Requirements

Able to work well with others.
Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Able to work in a safe and efficient manner.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor.
Familiarity with safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment and reduce the risk of accidents.
Must be able to stand, walk, push or pull a majority of the day.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and manually stack and move cases that are 6 to 8 cases high.

Responsibilities

Load and unload coolers and trucks with products, ensuring proper handling and organization.
Pull and stack orders.
Palletize products for trailers and stock.
Adapt to various situations and adjust to shifting priorities.
Adhere to OSHA regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices.
Follow all required work-safe practices, including wearing required PPE.
Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Handle materials with care, performing heavy lifting safely and in accordance with company policies.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Assist in inventory management by tracking product levels and reporting discrepancies.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Follow all safety guidelines and protocols.
Perform other duties as assigned.
