About The Position

Requirements
- Minimum age: 18
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass drug screen & physical
- Must be able to work in a cold (30 degrees) environment for duration of shift.
Nice To Haves
- Previous manual labor experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Load trucks with product from cooler for delivery, including loading and moving stacks of milk weighing throughout the shift in the staging and loading of trailers.
- Secure product in trailer.
- Work where needed when asked, with potential temporary changes in days worked and hours assigned due to business needs. May be required to stack and un-stack items weighing 50 pounds from a height of approximately 6 feet to the ground and back continually for the duration of the shift.
- Complete appropriate paperwork, including following written and verbal instructions, performing basic mathematics, and filling out written daily reports.
- Clean cooler areas and loadout dock at the end of the shift, maintaining a safe and clean work area and working in a safe and efficient manner.
