About The Position

This position is essential for ensuring the efficient operation of our facility. This role involves the preparation and loading of trucks with products to ensure that all items are handled with care and accuracy. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
The applicant must be 18 years of age.
Previous experience in a warehouse setting
Familiarity with operating all forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations.
Ability to work well with others.
Ability to work in a safe and clean area.
Ability to work in a safe and efficient manner.
Ability to fill out daily reports.
Ability to work without direct supervision.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
Coachable and willing to learn.
Must be able to follow both verbal and written instructions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to read and write English and perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

Loads and unloads material onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves.
Responsible for moving full cased product from the unitizer to pick faces or storage locations.
Follows all company policies and procedures regarding GMPs, SOPs, Quality standards, and OSHA regulation.
Ensure proper code date rotation.
Mark the paperwork properly when making adjustments for product shortages.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Trailer checks
Ensure all paperwork is filled out and completed with required information in accordance with SOPs.
Perform freight handling using appropriate motorized and manual equipment (certified)
Must be able to clean and sanitize all equipment.
Keeps accurate records of load sheets, inventory sheets, scrap sheets, and computerized equipment.
Utilizing continuous improvement mindset, assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices.
Supervise boxline, loadout, and/or unitizer.
Ensure all employees are doing the jobs as assigned according to all procedures.
Ensure all employees receive the needed training to perform their job(s).
