Our Back of House team keeps the kitchen humming, the food looking and tasting great, and the good times rolling. We’re looking for dependable, hard-working team players who aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and jump in. Whether you’re cooking up guest favorites, prepping ingredients, keeping the dish pit moving, stocking the line, or helping your teammates through the rush, you’ll play an important part in delivering the experience our guests came for. Depending on the needs of the restaurant, Back of House opportunities may include Cooks, Prep Cooks, Dishwashers , and other kitchen support positions.

Previous restaurant, kitchen, food service, or culinary experience is a plus, but not required for all positions.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Must meet any applicable certification or food-handling requirements associated with assigned responsibilities.
Willingness and ability to complete required training.

Responsibilities

Help prepare and deliver great-tasting, high-quality food our guests will love.
Prepare menu items according to recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards, as applicable to your role.
Make sure food goes out looking and tasting the way it should, every time.
Prep ingredients, stock workstations, and keep the kitchen ready for action.
Support cooking, food preparation, dishwashing, cleaning, and other Back of House functions based on your role and the needs of the team.
Keep dishes, cookware, utensils, equipment, and kitchen areas clean and ready to go.
Follow proper food storage, handling, preparation, and sanitation procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all applicable food safety, health department, Ecosure, and workplace safety standards.
Complete required training and follow established recipes, procedures, and operating standards.
Work side-by-side with your fellow Back of House and Front of House teammates to keep orders moving and guests happy.
Pitch in during opening, closing, cleaning, stocking, and kitchen setup or breakdown.
Jump in wherever needed. When the rush hits, we tackle it together.
All other duties as assigned.
