Requirements

Positive Energy: A YES mentality and a personality that smiles through the headset.

Stamina: The ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Dependability: You are on time and comfortable in a fast-moving, high-urgency environment.
The Basics: Must have (or be willing to get) a food handler's permit.

Responsibilities

Prepare fresh food and follow our standards every single time because accuracy matters.
Greet every guest with a smile and a ‘YES to the Guest’ mentality.
Support your crew during rushes and step in whenever someone needs help—that’s how we win the shift.
Follow food safety and cash handling procedures to keep our guests and team protected.
Keep the vibe right by maintaining a spotless station and dining room, and you show up sharp in a clean uniform because looking the part is the first step to being the part.
