About The Position

Insomnia Cookies is a rapidly expanding late-night dessert company seeking Delivery Drivers for its Washington DC bakery. As a Delivery Driver, you will be the primary point of contact for customers outside the bakery, delivering the 'Cookie Magic' to fans. This role is crucial as you represent the company on the ground and ensure timely and safe delivery of products.

Requirements

Excellent time management and organizational skills
Must have your own car, license, valid registration, and valid insurance
Must be able to pass a motor vehicle background check
Must have a smartphone with a data plan
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
Must be 18 years or older to be employed

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus!

Responsibilities

Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner.
Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers, both in-person and by phone.
Use Insomnia's delivery app according to company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.

Benefits

Guaranteed $17.00/hr minimum – up to $22.00/hr in earnings.
