About The Position

Insomnia Cookies is seeking Delivery Drivers for its newest store in Riverside, CA. As a Delivery Driver, you will be the primary point of contact for customers outside the bakery, delivering "Cookie Magic" to fans. You will be responsible for ensuring orders are accurate and delivered safely and promptly, while providing excellent customer service and utilizing the company's delivery app.

Requirements

Excellent time management and organizational skills
Knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus!
Must have your own car, license, valid registration, and valid insurance
Must be able to pass a motor vehicle background check
Must have a smartphone with data plan
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
Must be 18 years or older to be employed

Responsibilities

Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner.
Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers, whether in-person or by phone.
Use Insomnia’s delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.
