About The Position

Insomnia Cookies is a rapidly expanding late-night dessert company, and we are seeking Delivery Drivers for our new Manchester, NH location. As a Delivery Driver, you are a key representative of the company, interacting directly with customers and delivering "Cookie Magic." You will be responsible for ensuring orders are accurate and delivered safely and promptly, while providing excellent customer service. You will utilize Insomnia's delivery app for status updates and adhere to company standards.

Requirements

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Must have your own car, license, valid registration, and valid insurance
• Must be able to pass a motor vehicles background check
• Must have a smartphone with data plan
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner.
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction.
• Use Insomnia's delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.
