About The Position

We are looking for a Cook to join our team at Arbors Memory Care in Sparks, NV. This is a full-time position where you will play an extremely valuable role in our community, using your cheerfulness, enthusiasm, and kindness to care for and brighten the daily lives of the seniors we serve. We strive to maintain a care-centered culture that begins with caring for you in the same way we care for our residents.

Requirements

Experience in large food quantity preparation in a health care community is desirable
Compassionate, patient, and kind, and have a heart for working with senior adults
Must be at least 18 years of age
Be able to communicate in English

Responsibilities

Prepare high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery, and service schedules
Provide a pleasant dining experience for residents
Maintain good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators, and managers
Maintain a clean and orderly work area
