Requirements
- Follow infection control procedures, including proper hand washing techniques
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external contacts
- Pass criminal background study and be able to perform the physical demands of the position
Responsibilities
- Meal preparation, serving, and clean up for residents and staff
- Ensure all meals are properly prepared to meet strict food safety guidelines
- Ensure OSHA safety regulations and compliance, and ensure all persons in the kitchen and dining room follow OSHA guidelines
- Perform a variety of tasks within time constraints and interruptions
- Demonstrate independent action and sound judgment with residents and schedule changes
