About The Position

The hotel is seeking a Cook to join its dynamic Food & Beverage Team. The Line Cook is an essential member of the team, dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to guests, and is involved in all Food and Beverage operations, from preparing simple meals to elaborate banquets.

Requirements

  • Intermediate culinary knowledge
  • ServSafe certification
  • Work authorization in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • A minimum of two years’ experience working in Food & Beverage

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional quality and service to guests
  • Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner per guest orders from all outlets
  • Work in accordance with production requirements and quality standards
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
