About The Position

Beat The Bomb is seeking a Cook to join their team. This role is responsible for executing all recipes and following food safety guidelines to create a unique experience for customers and team members. While primarily focused on kitchen operations, all team members are expected to understand the broader Beat The Bomb operation. The Atlanta location is a 10,000+ square foot facility offering immersive game experiences, arcade lounges, a full-service bar, and private event spaces.

• Must be able to properly execute all recipes
• Must follow all food safety guidelines
• Serve Safe certified or willing to take courses to be certified
• Ultimate teammate - ready to jump in and help wherever and whenever necessary
• Strong aptitude for culinary
• Remains calm when faced with external pressures

• Must be available to work weekends
• Constantly on your feet and in motion

Responsibilities

• Prep Food per recipe
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
• Complete appropriate time/temp checklists
• Clean and Sanitize kitchen at beginning and end of shift
• Prepare food items to spec and according to tickets
• Wash, sanitize and store all plateware, glasses and kitchen equipment
• Empty all Kitchen and Bar trash when necessary
• Assist with FOH duties during down times
