This is a part-time cook position with evening shifts, working approximately 24.5 hours per week. The role involves preparing, assembling, cooking, seasoning, and portioning food for patients/residents, staff, and visitors, adhering to menu and dietary requirements. The cook is responsible for maintaining food quality standards, sanitation, and proper storage of food and equipment. This position requires excellent communication and teamwork skills, the ability to thrive in a dynamic culinary environment, and adherence to standardized recipes and HACCP guidelines. The cook will operate various kitchen equipment and must possess basic math and reading comprehension skills.
