About The Position
Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Cook at The Arkansas Juvenile Assessment and Treatment Center (AJATC) in Bryant, Arkansas. AJATC is a secure residential program for at-risk male and female youth, located on 110 acres just outside of Little Rock, AR. Through our trained programming for staff, AJATC promotes a normalized high school experience, offers a safe environment and provides opportunities for positive change, as well as providing the unlimited potential for achievement and growth for students and staff. Our campus features residential student dormitories, on-site school and library, vocational training program, chapel, gymnasium, medical and an outdoor recreation area. Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test
- Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry
- Must have a clean driving record as well as an active driver’s license

Responsibilities
- Ensure that healthy and tasty food is prepared and served to the youth and staff on-site
- Help maintain the cleanliness and safety of the kitchen and dining area
- Be an active team player within the department
