Requirements
- Requires every other weekend and holiday availability
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
- Applicants are required to pass pre-employment screenings that could include: Criminal background checks, Abuse registry check, Drug test, Physical, and TB test.
Nice To Haves
- Line cooking or quantity cooking experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Cook food according to recipes and established standards.
- Prepare and cook menu items by following standardized recipes and established procedures.
- Ensure proper food preparation, portion control, and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
