About The Position
We have a full-time Cook position open at our Lutheran Home campus, a skilled nursing long-term care and memory care Community located right in the heart of Wauwatosa! Available hours for the position are: 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM including every other weekend and holiday.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift, push, and move a minimum of 50 pounds unassisted
- Enthusiasm, a positive attitude and a great work history!
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year of cooking or preparation experience in an long term care, assisted living or hospital setting is preferred
Responsibilities
- Meal preparation in accordance with established menus, standard recipes, and specialized diets.
- Assure that all sanitation and food safety regulations are followed.
