About The Position
The Village of Arbour Trails located in Guelph has an exciting opportunity for a Cook to join their team. This is a permanent part-time position with unscheduled hours (casual). The hiring rate for this role is $22.76 per collective agreement/employee association agreement. Requirements
- Graduate of Chef Training or Culinary Management Diploma from an accredited college
- Food safety certification
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs
- Caring and respectful attitude toward residents, families, and team members
- Understanding of the physical, mental, and emotional demands of the COOK role
Nice To Haves
- Red Seal designation
- Understanding of therapeutic diets
- Knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, legislation, regulations and best practices applicable to the retirement and long-term care sector
Responsibilities
