About The Position

Exceptional dining experiences begin with exceptional culinary execution. As a Cook, you will play an important role in supporting the culinary operations of an exclusive VIP club, luxury bar, and upcoming upscale dining environment. This position is responsible for preparing high-quality menu items, maintaining food safety standards, and delivering consistent culinary excellence that exceeds member and guest expectations. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, committed to quality, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Working alongside culinary leadership and service teams, the Cook will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences through precise preparation, attention to detail, and a dedication to luxury hospitality standards.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Cook in a restaurant, private club, hotel, luxury hospitality, fine dining, or high-volume culinary environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, food presentation, and food safety regulations.
  • Ability to follow recipes, production standards, and culinary instructions with accuracy and consistency.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high culinary standards.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Basic math and measuring skills required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required food safety certifications.
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and other physical duties as required.
  • This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.
  • This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
