Our cooks are responsible for providing exceptional service and nutritional food to our campers, guests, and staff. Would be required to use a variety of industrial kitchen appliances to prepare foods. Must be able to follow basic instruction and multi-task to prepare the proper amount of food in a timely manner and properly clean the kitchen area after service. The role involves working in the Main food service area for campers breakfast, lunch and dinner throughout the week, the Burger Grill for burgers and hot dogs for lunch and dinner throughout the week, the Canteen for quick service at the central hub of campus (pizza, ice cream, etc.), and The Grind for coffee service.
