Requirements
- A working knowledge of cooking techniques and procedures is mandatory.
- An understanding of proper food storage, temperature holding and sanitation.
Nice To Haves
- Serve safe certification a plus.
Responsibilities
- Understand and complete production for ala carte and banquets using standardized recipes.
- Proper set up and stocking of station-based par sheets.
- Must have a high level of skill and technique in an a la minute line production environment.
- Must be able to read tickets clearly, produce a consistent product in a high-volume situation and any special production necessary deemed so by a supervisor.
