About The Position

As a Cook, you will bring culinary passion, precision, and energy to the heart of our kitchen operations. In this fast-paced role, you will skillfully execute a variety of cooking techniques while delivering exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation. Beyond the plate, you will help create unforgettable guest experiences by bringing a warm, service-driven mindset and a commitment to excellence in every interaction. By understanding our guests’ unique preferences and delivering with care, you will help create WOW moments and lasting memories long after their visit.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of cooking experience, ideally in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, resort, or production kitchen environment
  • Previous high-volume production kitchen experience, preferably in large-scale banquet, commissary, cook chill, or bulk food production operations
  • Demonstrates strong knife skills, culinary fundamentals, and the ability to execute food preparation with speed, precision, and consistency
  • Reliable, flexible, and able to work on-call varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Maintain solid knowledge of food products and skillfully apply culinary techniques
  • Identify and safely use kitchen equipment
  • Restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service
  • Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation
  • Maintain solid menu knowledge and attention to detail with plate presentation
  • Assist kitchen leadership and staff in execution of service
  • Maintain solid knowledge, understanding and preparation of base sauces, stocks and soups
  • Work as a team, assist all guests' needs and inquiries
