About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and flexible On-Call Cook to support our rotating crew operations. This role is essential in ensuring high-quality meal preparation for crews working on dynamic project schedules. The ideal candidate is adaptable, self-sufficient, and comfortable working nights, weekends, and varying shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook up to three meals per day for a crew of up to 20 personnel
• Plan and assist with daily meal menus and food preparation
• Maintain cleanliness of all cooking areas, equipment, and utensils after each meal
• Assist with grocery shopping and procurement of food supplies and provisions when required
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation standards are consistently followed
• Adapt to changing schedules based on project needs and operational demands
• Support kitchen operations with general housekeeping and organization
