As a Cook at Hyatt Vacation Club (HVC), you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where everyone is connected by care and inclusivity. This is a full-time regular position. You will be responsible for operating ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers to prepare foods, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company food safety programs, and cooking all potentially hazardous food to correct temperatures following HACCP guidelines. You will also follow all food safety and handling policies and procedures, and set up and break down workstations with required tools, equipment, or supplies. Additionally, you will welcome and greet guests, anticipate and address their needs, interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly, contribute to team goals, and always follow company policies and safety procedures.
