Luna Grill, a fast casual/QSR concept, is looking for reliable and motivated Cooks to bring our menu to life, maintain high food quality standards, and keep the kitchen running efficiently. This is a great opportunity for those who take pride in their craft and thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. For over 20 years, we’ve served fresh, feel-good Mediterranean food in Southern California and Dallas–Fort Worth (50+ locations and counting). Now, we’re expanding our AZ footprint — and we’re looking for you to help launch our up and coming location in Avondale and bring our flavors to life. We’re not your typical restaurant gig. Requirements

  • 1+ year kitchen experience in a high-volume or fast-casual environment required
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Skilled in prep, cooking, and executing recipes with consistency
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

  • Prepare and cook our fresh Mediterranean menu to spec, every time
  • Keep the kitchen spotless, organized, and safe
  • Work closely with teammates to ensure smooth, fast service
